Custom Training Solutions was established in 2003 as a home business by Brian and Ginger Davis, providing American Heart Association training to the OKC metro area, statewide, and at times beyond Oklahoma's borders. From the beginning, CTS has traveled to our customers and provided quality training at their location to fit their schedules. Early on, it became apparent that we needed to offer classes to individuals that didn't have it offered at their place of employment or school, so we began scheduling classes on various days and times to accommodate every schedule. After outgrowing the ability to continue all the many classes offered to the public in our home, CTS obtained office and training space at Oak Leaf Business complex in early 2011. We continue to grow and flex to adapt to the needs of our customers. Our dedication to quality training balanced with respect for our contractors allows us to retain the very best AHA-certified instructors in the field.Custom Training Solutions is committed to offering personalized, quality instruction in a manner that employs participants' work environments and experiences within the course. We understand that time is valuable so we do our best to cover the material in the most efficient manner possible; the responsible use of your time is second only to a dedication to quality training, assuring that everyone certified with CTS has a genuine knowledge of the material. Custom Training Solutions employs only American Heart Association (AHA) instructors working under the training center Genesis. Together they have in excess of 30 years of training experience. All of our instructors are active in their churches, LifeGroups, various ministries and missions. Well-rounded others-focused individuals of integrity, intelligence with a sense of humor, sharing common values make up our "family" of instructors. GINGER

CTS's owner, Ginger Davis, comes from a business management background. Experience in both purchasing procurement and transportation team management give her a unique perspective, efficiency, and decisiveness to prepare for the future without losing site of the immediate needs of a growing number of instructors and wide range of customers. As the point of contact for AHA interaction and audits, she continues to instruct Heartsaver and Healthcare Provider/BLS-level classes as needed, while her focus is primarily responsibility for the daily business operations, scheduling, and customer relations for CTS. Above all else, herding cats is how she spends most of her time.

Brian

BRIAN

Brian Davis serves as the EMS Director at the rank of Major for the Edmond Fire Department. He was selected as one of the elite few Level III Paramedics within the metro service area controlled by the Office of the Medical Director. He has served on the boards of both the Oklahoma Emergency Medical Technician Association (OEMTA) and the Central Oklahoma Urban Area Security Initiative (OUASI). He is certified to teach all course levels offered by CTS, but primarily instructs ACLS and PALS courses. Brian considers himself the entertainment, dazzling his audiences with his antics and off-kilter sense of humor.

Lance

LANCE

In addition to instructing for CTS, Lance Breeden is a Paramedic/Firefighter with the Edmond Fire Department and an adjunct instructor at OCCC. He is certified to teach all course levels, but primarily instructs our ACLS and PALS courses. Lance is a lifetime member of the David Hasselhoff fan club and his 5-year goal is to complete his collection of stuffed unicorns.

Jonetta

JONETTA

The newest member of the CTS team comes from a customer service and educational background. Jonetta Jonte' is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University, a teacher by day, and teaches primarily evening classes for CTS. Her classes are fast-paced, student focused, and data-driven. Careful analysis of data assures that lessons are packed with what participants need to know and a comprehensive review helps each student find success. She's looking for a Christian man with a truck and OU football tickets.
