Custom Training Solutions (CTS):
Custom Training Solutions was established in 2003 as a home business by husband and wife team Brian and Ginger Davis with the support of their three children.
Brian has spent his life as a Paramedic/Firefighter and is the EMS Director at the rank of Major for the Edmond Fire Department. He was selected as one of the elite few Level III Paramedics within the metro service area controlled by the Office of the Medical Director. He also serves on the boards of the Oklahoma Emergency Medical Technician Association and the Central Oklahoma Urban Area Security Initiative.
Ginger's background in business management affords her the ability to handle the daily business operations and scheduling for CTS, as well as instructing the majority of First Aid, AED, CPR, and BLS classes. Brian backs her up as necessary and instructs advanced level classes including ACLS and PALS.
Both Brian and Ginger are certified American Heart Association (AHA) instructors working under the training site Genesis. Together they have in excess of 25 years training experience.
CTS received its certification from the state of Oklahoma as a Women-Owned Business in 2009 (certificate #000494).
Brian and Ginger are also involved in the school system, both starting and coordinating the WatchDOGS (Dads of Great Students) program at Surrey Hills Elementary and helping other schools launch similar programs. The Davis family is also active in their church and have served as LifeGroup leaders for a number of years. |
